As part of the community transport research to find the level of requirements for transport within the rural areas of Wychavon the Council is carrying out a survey .
The first phase of identifying the need for community-led rural transport projects is now underway. This involves some targeted research to identify what the rural transport needs are and if there are any groups whose needs are not being met by existing transport provision.
Wychavon Council is focusing the research on a selection of rural wards and parishes across the district that have been identified based on a combination of factors including low levels of car ownership, transport concerns raised by councillors and other local intelligence. While there will be a focus on face-to-face engagement at community events in the selected areas, residents of Fladbury Ward are encouraged to submit their views directly by following this link:
