A Country Fayre has been a key part of the village calendar in Charlton for many years, and is held annually in June, on and around the village green.
The 2019 Fayre was another resounding success, the weather was kind, we had an excellent turnout with a number of varied stalls, The Wychavon youth group provided games and the Youth Bus. We had music from the Malvern Delta Blues Band.
The funds raised was the best ever – we raised just over £2600 for the village. Funds have been allocated for the VE 75th anniversary commemoration planned for next May and the Church and School Room receiving £1000 each.
